"I am is interested in helping to facilitate positive change in peoples’ lives. I believe that a compassionate, confidential, well-rounded counseling approach inclusive of addressing: spiritual, relational/social, emotional, cognitive, and physical issues - should be considered when one is seeking to enhance relationships and make changes for overall well-being".
"Personally, I am passionate about the “Mind, Body, Soul” connection; integrating nutrition and exercise into healthy living. I enjoy reading, exploring new places, and visiting the beach".
